Born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Aaron Penn holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from The University of Cincinnati. Currently serving as the Field Director at IDC Keppman in Nigeria, Aaron focuses on optimizing logistics operations while fostering community engagement.

In addition to his operational role, he is the Director of Administrative Operations at Isaacs Smith and Powell (ISP) and a licensed Divorce Prevention Facilitator. Aaron is also an OSHA-certified forklift operator, skilled in various equipment, which enhances safety and efficiency in warehouse and OTR logistics.
